Question : Hat dieser E Scooter eine Strassenzulassung, Blinklichter, und wird er gleich versichert mit Plakette ?

Der ES102 ABE (ABE steht für Allgemeine BetriebsErlaubnis) hat also die Straßenzulassung in Deutschland; jedoch keine Blinklichter (die gäbe es nur als Add-On im Helm )
