For sustainability reasons, some manufacturers only send new batteries to end customers if old batteries are returned; these can then be refilled with new battery cells. To ensure that the old battery can be returned, a deposit is retained until the old battery arrives.
With the "REFURBISHED" concept, we are making a contribution to environmental protection and conserving resources.
However, for this system to work, we need you to return the used battery.
We charge a return deposit. As soon as we receive the battery, we will refund the deposit.
Please use the outer packaging of the newly sent battery.
