Would you like to return an item? According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to do so (see Right of Withdrawal).

We differentiate between incorrect delivery (incorrect or defective goods) and unneeded goods ( e.g. Wrong orders).

• If one If we make an incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

- You are welcome to order a return shipping label from us at info@escooter.de

• If the goods were delivered correctly and in perfect condition, but for any reason you did not need them, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Please return the goods to us carriage paid using a parcel service provider (or a freight forwarder for larger items).

Typical parcel service providers include DHL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, UPS, Fedex, etc.

Please note that for high-value parcels, you may need to adjust your parcel insurance.
