Payment methods and delivery charges

1. Delivery

1.1 Your order will be dispatched via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or a freight forwarder

1.2 We deliver to the following countries: Germany, the European Union (including Belgium, Greece, Poland, Spain, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden, Hungary, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), France, Latvia, Austria, Slovenia and the Channel Islands), as well as non-EU countries such as Switzerland and Norway.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed, goods delivered by a haulage contractor are delivered “kerbside”, i.e. to the public kerb kerb.

2. Delivery charges

2.1 Postage costs within Germany depend on the weight of the goods, which is specified separately in the relevant product description.

Surcharges in Germany:

Hazardous goods handling* EUR 19,- (lithium batteries > 100 Wh)

For rental items sent to and from you via a collection service, the postage costs are doubled and a flat-rate collection fee of 10 euros is added.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (usually overnight via UPS Express Saver, DPD Express or Transimpex Exaktkurier – subject to change as adverse circumstances such as heavy snowfall, industrial action etc. may delay express delivery.)

2.2 Where collection in person has been agreed, the seller shall inform the customer that the goods they have ordered are ready for collection. Upon receipt of this email, the customer may collect the goods, by arrangement with the seller, at the seller’s premises or at an agreed location. In this case, no delivery charges will apply.

2.3 For payment in advance, the seller grants a 1.00% discount on the gross value of the goods for the respective order.

For heavy and bulky items, a surcharge of 45 EUR per delivery address applies in addition to the stated delivery charges. This is indicated separately on the relevant product page.

2.4 The following flat-rate delivery charges apply per order for international shipments:

INTERNATIONAL SURCHARGES:

EXPORT CUSTOMS SURCHARGE for third countries: GB, CH, NO, GG, JE, LI, GI, IL, IS, etc.

for goods valued up to 1,000 euros = 15 euros export customs clearance procedure excluding VAT. .

For goods valued at 1,000 euros or more = 50 euros export customs clearance without VAT.

DANGEROUS GOODS SURCHARGE: BE, BE, NE, LU, IT, PL, FR, ES, PT, CH, CZ, HU, MC, LI, DK (JUTLAND & FUNEN = postcodes 5xxx–9xxx) SHIPPING COST SURCHARGE FOR LITHIUM BATTERIES > 100 Wh DE = DANGEROUS GOODS SHIPPING* excl. VAT **Delivery time up to 5 days = EUR 55

BULKY ITEM SURCHARGE For heavy and bulky items, a surcharge of EUR 125 per delivery address will be added to the stated delivery costs. This is indicated separately on the relevant product page.

For rental deliveries to and from your address with a collection service, the delivery charges are doubled and a flat-rate collection fee of 10 euros is added

2.5 For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (for example, in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.

3.1 For deliveries within Germany, you can choose from the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description:

- Prepayment by bank transfer (1% discount applies exclusively to orders placed by self-employed individuals via the online shop and is shown directly in the shopping basket; however, this does NOT apply to: • RENTAL • TELEPHONE • FAX or E-MAIL ORDERS)

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Cash on collection

- Credit card payment via Unzer

3.2 For international deliveries, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description:

- Prepayment by bank transfer (The 1% discount applies exclusively to online orders placed directly via the online shop; this discount is shown in the shop and has already been deducted from the total amount displayed there).
