das MICRO Faltbike e-Bike 16" ist ein sogenanntes Pedelec (halbelektrisches Fahrrad).
Das BMVI deklariert es so:
Beim Pedelec handelt es sich um ein Fahrzeug mit einem Elektro-Hilfsantrieb, dessen Unterstützung sich mit zunehmender Geschwindigkeit progressiv verringert. Das heißt, sobald eine Geschwindigkeit von 25 km/h erreicht wird oder der Fahrende mit dem Treten aufhört, wird der Hilfsantrieb automatisch unterbrochen. Das Unterscheidungsmerkmal eines Pedelecs ist somit, dass der elektrische Motor zusätzlich zur Muskelkraft und nur unterstützend wirkt. Solche Fahrzeuge sind verkehrsrechtlich den Fahrrädern gleichgestellt. (Quelle https://www.bmvi.de/ )
Eine gesonderte Zulassung StVO ist somit nicht nötig.
